Absolutely. After selecting a base itinerary, use the “Customize Your Trip” option to add or remove activities, adjust duration, or upgrade accommodations. Our team reviews requests—typically within 24 hours—and sends an updated proposal with any price adjustments.

What information do I need to provide at booking?

Provide full traveler names as in passports, contact email and phone, preferred accommodation level (if applicable), and any special requirements (dietary restrictions, mobility needs, celebration details). Accurate info ensures smooth confirmations and on-ground arrangements.

How soon will I receive my booking confirmation and itinerary details?

After you pay the deposit and submit traveler info, we process the reservation within 1–2 business days. You then receive a detailed confirmation email with your itinerary, vouchers or tickets, meeting points, and contact info for local partners.

What payment methods are accepted and when is the deposit due?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers. A deposit (commonly 25% of the total) is due at booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure; automated reminders are sent as the due date approaches.

What is Auravel’s cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure typically receive a full refund minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., third-party booking charges). Between 30 and 15 days, the deposit may be retained or partially refundable depending on supplier terms. Within 15 days, most bookings become non-refundable. Exact terms appear in your booking confirmation.

Can I reschedule my booking instead of canceling?

Yes, subject to availability. If you need to change dates, notify us as early as possible. We’ll check availability for new dates; any difference in price or supplier change fees will apply. Rescheduling requests made well before the balance due date have higher chances of smooth adjustments.

What happens if I miss the payment deadline?

If the remaining balance isn’t paid by the specified due date, we’ll send reminders. Failure to pay within a short grace period may result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit. To avoid this, contact us in advance if you anticipate delays—sometimes we can arrange an alternative schedule or payment plan.
